RI UHIP – Home Page

To go to the RI UHIP home page, click on the Rhode Island UHIP logo on the top left corner of every screen.

Alternatively, the Home Page may be accessed by clicking the Home button on the header of the screen.

The Home Page consists of five parts: header, upper right links, main working area, bottom left links, and participating state agencies links.

The main working area displays the user’s dashboard if the user has logged into the system.  If the user has not logged into the system, the Get Started buttons for individuals, employers, brokers and navigators are displayed.

The links on the header and on the bottom left of the page are the same:

·        Home: Displays the RI UHIP’s home page.

·        FAQ: Displays Frequently Asked Questions associated with the RI UHIP.

·        Resources: Displays a page with RI UHIP glossary and links to RI UHIP’s privacy, security and accessibility policies.

·        About Us: Displays a page with information about RI UHIP team.

·        Get Assistance: Lists the options available to contact a customer support representative through the phone and live chat, help to find a Broker or Navigator and to file an exemption.

On the top right of the Home Page the following links are displayed:

·        En Español: Displays the Spanish version of the page.

·        Portuguese: Displays the Portuguese version of the page.

·        Live Help: Starts a live chat session with a customer representative.

·        Contact Center phone number

·        Sign Up: Navigates to the sign up page where new users can create an account to access RI UHIP.

·        Log In: Displays the log in page to enter the username and password to access the RI UHIP.
