Individual Dashboard Overview
To access an individual account dashboard as an Administrative User, click the Manage an Individual Account link on the Admin Dashboard, enter search criteria for the account, select the account and select View Account from the Admin Functions drop down menu. When an individual account’s dashboard is accessed by an Administrative User, a drop down menu with a list of Admin Functions appears in the upper right corner in addition to the dashboard’s tabs and content |
The Individual Dashboard provides access to individual account management functions. A dashboard is a user interface that organizes and presents information in a way that is easy to read.
The Individual Dashboard includes six tabs:
1. Account Home tab – This tab is divided in four sections:
a. Account ID – Displays the unique ID number associated with the account.
b. Message Center – Displays the most recent account activity.
c. Quick Links – This box contains links to various individual account functions such as reporting a change in income or household, changing the insurance plan selected, changing account settings and viewing new eligibility results. The View New Eligibility Results in this section is dynamic and it is only displayed for accounts which eligibility status has changed due to updates in the application or verification of unverified information points.
d. My Family’s Coverage - Displays a summary of the insurance coverage for all members of the family including: individual covered, plan type, plan name, start date, end date, renewal date and enrollment status. This section also has a button to disenroll members of the household from their selected plan(s).
e. Human Service Program Summary – Only displayed if the individual has applied to other human services programs. It shows the status of the application(s) submitted.
f. My Navigator – If the account does not have a Navigator, a link to search for a Navigator is displayed. If the account has a Navigator, the Navigator’s information displays.
2. My Family tab – Displays for review information entered during the application process about the primary applicant and other members of the household.
3. Account Info tab – Displays for review or editing information about the account (username, address and contact information).
4. Tasks tab – Provides links to request an appeal, apply for an exemption or file a complaint. If an appeal, exemption or complaint have been started, it displays their status.
5. Payment tab – Once the individual has confirmed plan selection, displays payment information.
6. Notices tab – Displays a list of available correspondence.
Accessible from all tabs in the Admin View of the Individual Dashboard is the Admin Functions menu. This menu provides access to three of the most commonly used tasks by admin users (note that these tasks can also be accessed by clicking on the Manage an :
· Override Eligibility Determination – Displays the Override Eligibility Determination page.
· View Information from External Sources – Displays information from external sources
· View Documents – Displays a list of documents uploaded to an account and allows to upload additional documents.
