Manual ID Proof Override

Use this guide to manually override the ID proofing status of an account.

From the Home Page access the Admin Dashboard screen.

When a RI UHIP account is created, certain information entered by the user is automatically verified against federal data sources like the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service.  This process is called Identity Proofing. Identity proofing results can be overridden if documentation or an explanation is provided by the individual/household and is deemed sufficient to change the eligibility outcome. This assessment occurs outside the system.
