Plan Management

 

Plan Management data is manually entered into the system through a semi-automated process. A master data sheet is compiled manually using data from various SERFF templates.  The populated template is uploaded to the system.  The content is automatically validated against defined business rules.

Use this guide to upload Plan Management data.

 

 

From the Home Page, access the Plan Management Dashboard. Only users with Plan Management access can perform this function.

 

 

Before plan data can be loaded into the application, it must first be migrated from the SERFF templates to a single, consolidated data sheet.

 

Process Steps

 

To upload the Plan Management:

 

1.      Review the Plan Management template and confirm all data contained complies with business rules.

2.      Click the Plan Management Template File link in the Plan Management Dashboard.

·        The Plan Management Upload screen is displayed.

3.      Browse for the populated Plan Management template and click Upload

·        The system validates data fields for proper format, length, and content.

·        If the template validation fails, an Error screen appears displaying with a list of errors.  Resolve the errors in the Plan Management document. Click Back to return to the Plan Management Upload screen and repeat steps 2 and 3.

·        If the validation succeeds, the Preview screen appears.   

4.      Review the information on the Preview screen and click Approve

·        A Confirmation Message saying the data is saved successfully is displayed.

 

Results of the Procedure

 

The Plan Management template is uploaded. Plan information is visible in the Issuer Data Report screen.
