View System Reports

 

Use this process to view system reports.

 

 

From the Home Page access the Admin Dashboard screen and click the Reports tab.

 

 

There are four types of reports: Enrollment, Eligibility, SHOP, and System Operations reports.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Process Steps

 

To view system reports:

 

1.      Click the Reports tab on the Admin Dashboard screen.

 

·        The Reports tab is displayed.

 

The Reports tab displays a list of reports available for viewing. The list includes the report number, category, name and frequency. Reports can be filtered by category and frequency.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.      Click the Report Number link of the report to open it.

 

·        The report is opened as a PDF file.

 

3.      To filter the reports, select the filter options available. Filter options are specific to each report type.

 

These are all the reports available in the system, a description of their information, which roles have access to them, how often they are generated and how can they be filtered or sorted.

REP-BRO-01

Broker and Non-Broker Enrollments by Group Size

Shows the overall brokered and non-brokered (employers without a broker) account enrollment and renewal statistics by employer group size to present month.

REP-BRO-02

Product by Broker Enrollment

Shows enrollment information (year to date) by product, including issuer, plan name (QHP), employer, and number of lives enrolled.

REP-BRO-03

Broker Book of Business

Displays a broker’s group enrollments, employer contact information, and plan selection. Groups that did not use a broker are not included in this report.

REP-BRO- 04

Disenrolled/ Terminated Groups Report

Displays the terminated or voluntary disenrolled employers (brokered and non-brokered), as well as the effective date and reason for termination/disenrollment. This report will come in a year-to-date fashion with the newest disenrollments/terminations appearing at the top.

Employee Enrollment Report

Displays information of the employees who have enrolled in SHOP in a year-to-date fashion with the most recent on top including account and plan information.

Displays the employees (brokered and non-brokered accounts) who have created an application, but have not enrolled.

Unsuccessful ID Proofing Detail Report

Displays the applicants who fail the ID proofing in the previous week and therefore cannot create an account in the Exchange. The purpose of this report is to reach out to those who fail ID proofing

ID Proofing Trending Report

Displays a summary of the ID proofing outcomes in each month.  For example, when the January report is run, it will contain data from October to December, while the other months will remain blank.

Details the applications that have started the application process but have not submitted the application in a given month to outreach to these individuals to help them submit their applications

Summary level report of the application activity by month over the course of the year. The report will display all months of the year from October to September and as each month passes the date will be displayed in the corresponding column

Details the household member (individual and their respective primary applicant) that have completed the application process but have not submitted verification items, made a plan selection, or made their first payment

Reasonable Compatibility Details Report

Shows the detailed results of the reasonable compatibility verifications. The purpose of this report is to track applicants who underwent a reasonable compatibility test and the type of verification requested

Details the individuals who have submitted an exemption request in a given month. The purpose of this report is to track exemptions by type, and take action on an exemption application that is pending or incomplete.

Displays the number of enrollees in each plan variant, as well as changes in enrollment in that month

Displays the Medicaid Eligibility determinations processed by the Exchange

Displays the cases that are at risk for being disenrolled or terminated and the reason for the next 30 days. The reasons for disenrollment are: aging out at 19, aging out at 26, missing payments, and coverage ending due to missing documentation
