View Tasks

 

Use this guide to review administrative tasks in RI UHIP.

 

 

 

From the Home Page access the Admin Dashboard screen.

 

Process Steps

 

1.     Click on the Tasks tab in the Admin Dashboard.

 

·         The Tasks tab is displayed.

 

2.     Review the tasks displayed.

 

For each task the following information is provided: ID number of the account associated

with the task, task type, eligibility results, client name, task priority, task creation

date, task status, days overdue, name of the worker assigned to the task and actions

available for that task (view task’s History or Details).

 

 

3.     To view more tasks, click on the page numbers or arrows at the bottom of the page.

 

 

4.     To filter the tasks displayed, click on one of the filter buttons. Options are:

 

a.     View All Tasks button – All tasks are displayed. 

 

b.     View My Tasks button – Only tasks assigned to the worker are displayed.

 

c.     View Unassigned Tasks button – Only tasks that have not been assigned to a worker

are displayed.

 

5.     To search for a task:

 

a.     Enter the first name of the primary applicant associated with the task in the First

Name textbox.

 

b.     Enter the middle name of the primary applicant associated with the task in the Middle

Name textbox.

 

c.     Enter last name of the primary applicant associated with the task in the Last Name

    textbox.

 

d.    Enter the zip code associated with the account in the Zip Code textbox.

 

e.     Enter the account ID of the account associated with the task in the Account ID textbox.

 

f.     Select the type of task from the Type drop-down menu. Options are:

 

                                        i.    Appeals

 

                                       ii.    Expedited Appeals

 

                                      iii.    MCI

 

                                      iv.    Exemption

 

                                       v.    Complaints

 

                                      vi.    Unverified Information (Medicaid)

 

                                     vii.    Unverified Information (QHP)

 

                                    viii.    Special Enrollment

 

                                      ix.    Resubmit Application

 

                                       x.    PEV – Unverified Infromation (Medicaid)

 

                                      xi.    PEV – Unverified Information (QHP)

 

                                     xii.    Tax and Wage Report Alert

 

                                    xiii.    Unverified Information (Medicaid) for Renewals

 

g.    Select the task status from the Status drop-down menu. (Available status options

depend on the type of task.)

 

h.     Select the task priority from the Priority drop-down menu. Options are:

 

                                        i.    High

 

                                       ii.    Medium

 

                                      iii.    Low

 

i.      Enter the name of the worker who last acted on the task in the Name of Worker textbox.

 

j.      Enter the ID of the worker who last acted on the task in the Worker ID textbox.

 

k.     Eligibility Results. Options are

 

                                        i.    Medicaid

 

                                       ii.    QHP/APTC/CSR

 

                                      iii.    Mixed Household

 

                                      iv.    Not Determined

 

None of the fields to enter/select search criteria is mandatory; however, at least

one must be selected or entered for the search to be completed.

 

6.     Click the Search button.

 

a.     The search results are displayed.

After the results are displayed, the search criteria can be modified by manually entering the new information. To clear the criteria, click the Reset button.

7.     Click the Details link under the Actions column to view more details about a task.

 

a.     A pop-up screen displays with the task details. It shows the number of the account associated with the task, task type, primary applicant’s name, task priority, task creation date, task status and whether the task is overdue.

 

8.     Click the History link under the Actions column to view past information about the task.

 

a.     The View Task History page displays. It shows information about the worker who last acted on the task, the last action date, the task’s original status, the task’s new status, the name of the worker the task was previously assigned to (if reassigned), the task currently assigned to (if assigned) and comments on the task.

 

Workers can view any task by clicking on the task hyperlink. Workers can only act on tasks that have been assigned to them. Refer to the Assign Tasks user guide to see the steps for assigning a task. Refer to the user guide for each task type to see the steps for acting on a specific type of task.

 

Results of the Procedure

 

Tasks and their associated details are reviewed.
