View and Change Representative Information

 

Use this user guide to view or change the name or certification number of an account’s representative (Broker or Navigator).

 

 

From the Home Page access the Admin Dashboard screen.

 

 

Account information can be viewed and modified after the account has been created by the broker or navigator or when it has been primed by an administrative user.

 

 

Process Steps

 

To view or change the information of an account’s representative:

 

1.      Click on the Manage a Representative Account link in the Navigator/Broker section on the Admin Dashboard screen.

 

·        The Admin Search for User Account screen is displayed.

 

2.      Enter search criteria for the representative account to be updated:

 

a.      Select Broker or Navigator in the Type of Account  drop-down menu.

 

b.      Representative’s first name in the First Name textbox.

 

c.      Representative’s middle name in the Middle Name textbox.

 

d.      Representative’s last name in the Last Name textbox.

 

e.      Representative’s date of birth in the Date of Birth textbox in the format MM/DD/YYYY or select it from the calendar.

 

f.       Representative’s social security number in the Social Security Number textbox XXX-XX-XXXX.

 

g.     Representative’s certification number in the Certification Number textbox.

 

 

None of the fields to enter/select search criteria is mandatory; however, at least one must be selected or entered for the search to be completed.

 

 

3.      Click the Search button.

 

·        The Search Results is displayed.

 

After the results are displayed, the search criteria can be modified by manually entering the new information. To clear the criteria, click the Reset button.

 

4.      Select the radio button adjacent to the representative whose information is to be updated.

 

5.      Select Edit Certification Information from the Admin Functions drop-down menu.

 

6.      Click the Submit button.

 

·        The Edit Certification Information screen is displayed.

 

The Edit Certification Information screen can be accessed from the Change/Verify Representative Info link using the procedure above or by searching for Edit Certification Information in the Tasks tab.

 

 

7.      If updating the representative’s first name, enter it in the First Name textbox.

 

8.      If updating the representative’s last name, enter it in the Last Name textbox.

 

9.      If updating the representative’s agency name, enter it in the Agency Name textbox.

 

10.   If updating the representative’s certification number, enter it in the Certification Number textbox.

 

11.   If updating the representative’s certification date, select it from the Certification Date calendar.

 

12.   Click the Finalize Edits button.

 

·        The Admin Dashboard screen is displayed.

 

 

Results of the Procedure

 

Certification information is displayed and updated.
