Application Overview

There are nine administrative functions associated with Healthcare Applications submitted through RI UHIP:

1.      Submit an Application for Healthcare Assistance

2.      Submit a Complete Paper Application

3.      Submit an Incomplete Paper Application

4.      Submit a Presumptive Eligibility Application

5.      Submit a Special Enrollment Application

6.      Report a Change

7.      Add a Household Member

8.      Update a SSN or DOB in an Application

9.    Delete a Household Member

10.     Disenroll from a Plan

11.   Newborn Enrollment in Medicaid (Automatic)

12.   Extended Family Planning (Automatic)
